Rachel Denyer is a trained Life Coach with a Certificate and a Diploma in Life Coaching from the Newcastle College program, designed by Life Coach, Fiona Harrold.

Rachel has been involved in Life Coaching since 1999 when she decided she needed to give her life more focus. Driven by a series of personal difficulties Rachel decided to turn her life around. She decided to start practising a life of gratitude—being grateful for the small family she had and building on her talents in life.

Rachel successfully gained a highly sought after place at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts on the Management degree program. Three years of hard work and determination led to a first class degree with honours. For her final paper, Rachel wrote about life coaching in relation to the industry. Rachel was then asked to contribute to a guide to good practice for a coaching and mentoring project commissioned by a European Union Initiative.

Within two weeks of the graduation ceremony Rachel was employed by the largest entertainment company in the world to work as a manager in the theatre division. Rachel's direct coaching style proved to be very effective. Rachel also took a place on the management training program with the company. This developed her coaching skills further and helped her to become the coach she is today.

Rachel decided to set up “The Positive Coach” as she has a real and passionate desire to help people.

“I have experienced a lot of pain in my life but more importantly a tremendous amount of love and happiness—I have the ability to find pleasure in the simplest things, something we are all capable of. I believe that life is extremely precious and we should not take a moment for granted. Be grateful for all you have got and the universe will reward you.”
