Where?
The Positive Coach is based in Sussex. Telephone and Email coaching is also available.
How Long?
Each Coaching session lasts around 45 minutes - although some clients prefer to take double sessions less frequently.
Coaching can be taken in short bursts for immediate issues or in longer courses for serious life changes. A course can be tailor made to suit your needs and budget.
