Where?
The Positive Coach is based in Surrey and runs a practice in Woking and Kingston-Upon-Thames at Shiva Rooms (Google Maps Link). Coaching can be arranged to take place at either centre. Telephone and
Email coaching is also available.
How Long?
Each Coaching session lasts around 45 minutes - along some clients
prefer to take double sessions less frequently.
Coaching can be taken in short bursts for immediate issues or in longer
courses for serious life changes. A course can be tailor made to suit
your needs and budget.
