The first session with a life coach begins with a review of the situation – your life. You will be asked to fill out a series of questionnaires that will help define where you are in life, what needs sorting out and what you want to get out of the coaching experience. These questions will open up your mind and get you thinking about yourself in a way that is probably new to you. They are meant to take you to the root of the issues, which is sometimes buried beneath a lot of hang-ups, insecurities and guilt.
After the initial session we will take some time to establish which areas of your life could benefit from changes. We will then review where you are now in relation to the goal and tackle any obstacles that may be blocking the way. Then we will work together to set realistic and achievable goals and drive you forward to achieve a more balanced, fulfilled and happy life.
